GLAMOUR IN FASHION AT ANNUAL BTB

The Northern Beaches Night-Of-Nights, the much anticipated annual Newport Nasties Black Tie Ball (BTB) arrived where the fashion stakes were high. Many of the wives and girlfriend’s (Newport Nellies) posing to be snapped by the world’s paparazzi who were in a frenzy to gain the best photo’s from the night. “The Girl’s all do look stunning and deserve the attention” commented Committeeman Troy ‘Skip’ McGrath.

Newport Nasties Draw New Zealand

They were greeted with a drink in one hand followed by a traditional swig of port in the other before the world famous Newport Nasties Rugby Side took on the Methven Maulers from New Zealand in near perfect mid-spring conditions at the Doggy-Dome today.

DOUBLE "GOLDEN BOY-LO" TO COWBOY

It was the final formal training session of the Newport Nasties 2009 season that finished on a sensational note when Mike ‘Cowboy’ Sergeant aka Crazed Giraffe won back-to-back Golden Boy-Lo’s. “I’m stunned. I didn’t even hear the announcement…..” admitted the dazed forward to the waiting media.
