Nasties Rugby
An interesting crime spree has taken place in Newport with a cunning thief having stolen the hands of many of the nasties and replaced them with feet. Those most affected were Mark Hodgson, Adam Law and Justin Burgess.

With Boyo and Dean G not directly affected but certainly feeling the ripple effect.

With a record turnout of 20 blokes and 6 confirmed absentees nasty stocks are indeed healthy unlike a large portion of players investments!

Welcome Berny and Chris to the fold pleasure seeing you there.

For the record the game was a disgrace with the Mike Sergeant and Skip Mcgrath inspired team belting the handless team by an unbelievavle 14 - tries to two (one of those was a magnificent effort by player of the year Boyo).

Tim Bentley charged through a gap and Mita sped the length of the pitch with Sean chasing him.

Ray and Adam were constant thorns and 43 year old former tight head prop Scott Dalton showed everything that is good about the nasties style of play with some great footwork.

Next week will see ref Flynn be on the whistle to stop the cheating and offside - you have been warned.

Things evened out somewhat when it came to the consumption of refreshments afterwards. As always onwards and upwards with The Newport Nasties.
