		<title>NASTIES ENJOY ANOTHER LOVEDALE TOUR</title>
		<link>http://www.newportnasties.com/content/view/185/2/</link>
		<description>
All road's led north once again last weekend for the Newport Nasties team of elite athletes as they ventured to their 4th Lovedale Gala Day in the picturesque Hunter Valley. In charge of the oranisation for this years tour were Lovedale debutante's Sean and Bec Gartner who did a superb job in keeping the Nasties and Families entertained and well feed over their annual stay. .....I didn't know what to expect but I've had no complaints so far. Gunner told the local media.
The 21 players that pulled on their boots did the club proud and kept intact the Nasties unbeaten run this season.
 we just keep getting better..... an ever confident Gav Sheehan shouted to spectators.

		<title>TRAINING WITH A DIFFERENCE</title>
		<link>http://www.newportnasties.com/content/view/184/2/</link>
		<description>
The Newport Nasties Rugby team gathered for training last night that attracted virtually all contracted players. The brainchild of Skip McGrath, training this week, in what was suppose to be the lead-up to the Eastwood Gala Day, was held at Carlo's Pizza Restaurant at Clareville.
A suggestion to arrive at 6pm and do a road run was only taken up by two enthusiastic Nasties, Paul Staunton and Chirs Bottero who returned to find a bastad of Nasties enjoying Carlo's fare and a drink or two. All Nasties were required to wear a jersey with Sean Garner stitching something together from various favoured jerseys but his effort was not quite good enough to win best for the night. That prestigous honour going to Sin-Bin or Sinbinsky as he is known in Moscow for his orangey/pinkey striped jumper and headwear. I feel very proud.... Sin-Bin told teammates.

		<title>UNBEATEN RUN CONTINUES</title>

		<description>
The world's glamour rugby club, the Newport Nasties have continued their unbeaten run for the 2011 season with a win and a draw at Wahroonga yesterday.
Playing the Wahroongha Tigers containing former Wallaby Great, Mark Ella and the Limping Leo's from Killara, barring several injuries an enjoyable afternoon of Golden Oldies Rugby was had by all. .....it only hurts when I breathe commented an injured Darren Flynn to teammates after the game.

The glamour side from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, the World-Famous Newport Nasties Rugby team have opened their 2011 season with a couragous draw against the Withered Oaks at Oakhill College yesterday. The game was an epic battle between two evenly matched sides that included three Nasties debutantes, John 'Quasi' Chapman, Brad Fox and Greg Ware and was highlighted by a classic Skip McGrath TRY! It was also a return to where it all started for Sean 'Gunner' Gartner almost 2 years ago. I remember it well - as if it was oinly yesterday..... Gunner said speaking to the media.

		<title>GLAMOUR SIDE READY FOR 2011 SEASON</title>
		<link>http://www.newportnasties.com/content/view/181/2/</link>
		<description>
The Northern Beaches glamour rugby side, the Newport Nasties have completed preparations for this weekend's season opener against the Withered Oaks at Oakhill College on Sunday. After the disappointing cancellation of their scheduled match at the Hawkesbury Historicals Gala Day three weeks ago due to the deluge that engulfed Sydney, the Nasties are well prepared and chomping at the bit to get a run on the paddock. .....I think the piggies are fired-up and ready to tackle anything that moves said Committeeman Sean Gartner on FoxSport News.
After an 8 month hiatas from the rugby field, the Nasties were put through their paces by Coach Trollope at the Doggy Dome tonight in preparation for their first match since the magnificent Mosman Whales game at the World Rugby Festival last October. A team run then ensued before a game of touch football was played to finish off the night in front of an enthusiastic crowd of supporters.
